Returns and Exchanges

We currently do not offer and returns or exchanges once you have purchased your item(s).

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Send a picture of the item, along with your information and description of the issue in an email to contact@spedera.com so we can better evaluate the situation and resend you the item from your order if applicable. After a week upon receiving the order we can no longer evaluate the order for any damages or issues. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
